Sure if they get cut off and wreck they will be more likely to receive more injuries than if they had had one on, but what about smokers, alcoholics, drug users, and my favorite...fatties. They knowingly cause themselves harm but no one gives them a wrap. I would sound more excepting of people's lifestyles because it makes you sound less credible when you attack others.
