ArtBiker’s Schedule

Things change, people change, life changes.  I went through a very horrible experience of divorce in 2012, and had to fight to keep an abusive ex from estranging me from my own children.  This translated into sticking around the ranch for a while… trips had to be put on hold.  Not that there was money left after being cleaned out in the divorce.  My advice, if anything as sad as a divorce is in your future, remember: trust no-one, they are not the person they once were, they are being fed advice, angles, and stories to ensure they take all they can… even if they were the abusive one having the affair, they will come at you as if you were guilty of something.  Just do yourself a huge favor and watch out for yourself.  I was too trusting and did not want to see what was happening.  I have paid dearly for that hesitation in action.

Well, with that little diatribe out of the way, I am getting back to the blog and hope to be heading to some events to see old friends, and make new ones.  You can certainly find me in Galveston next month, as that is just spittin’ distance from me.  Keep an ear to the ground; I may hit Daytona and either Red River or Laconia next year.

And the art exhibitions are going to ramp up.  I lost 20 years of exhibition prints in a flood here in Houston (which I was not compensated for by insurance, thankyouverymuchassholes).  But I have a few new bodies of work in progress and am always looking for interesting people to work with.  If you have an idea, or just like to be part of a project, hit me up and I am sure we can figure something out.  At the moment, I am working with “fringe” culture members (1%ers, SMBD Lifestyle folks, Drug Addicts, Abuse Victims, Sex Workers, Upcoming Bands and the Rock & Roll Lifestyle, Sexual Identity Cases, Religious stories and Iconography, Suspension and Performance Artists, Tattoo Collectors, and the ideas of the Fairy Tale… oh, and of course, anything Psychobilly or Punk Rock).  It is a lot of ground to cover, but I take it a piece at a time.

Please check back here in the not too distant future to see listings along the lines of what you may have been used to.

L&R,

ArtBiker
